If this is an emergency utility matter, please call to report the emergency and do not submit request online. During business hours call 254-739-2547 ext. 101 or 102 and for after business hours please call 254-739-2547 ext. 110.

• Service Order Request – work request related to a customer’s direct utility services
• Maintenance Order Request – work request that is not directly related to a customers utility service and located in a general area
